Please use for alterations to the database as follows:

 

	Additions:	For new members and record their details.
	Alterations:	To change address and any other details.
	Deletions:	To remove member from the Database.

 

Club Secretaries please ensure a copy of this form is sent to Bowls NZ and your Centre Secretary.  This is to enable the Bowls NZ/Centre Databases to be updated.  Please retain the original to update your club records. 

If at any time you wish to receive a copy of your membership database please email info@bowlsnz.co.nz We can supply this as a printout or as an excel spreadsheet.
