The High performance programme is the coach led development plan for elite athletes.

The concept is to link players highlighted with the skill, attitude, ethics, and capability with the potential to represent New Zealand into an elite performance programme designed to link players with one on one coaching and mentoring that delivers, individualised competency based development programs for each player.

This has been done to deliver world class best practice techniques to ensure our athletes have the best possible chance to maximise their potential as bowlers.

The program is a crticial element to ensure that our elite bowlers continue to build on the legacy of our past and to ensure we stay at the forefront of the sport in terms of onternational achievements on the green.
